How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and special events. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
What space requirements do you need?
We need a flat, accessible area approximately 12×8 feet with access to electricity and water. Our team will assess your location during consultation.
Do you provide towels and amenities?
Yes, we provide premium towels, robes, and essential sauna amenities. Additional luxury packages are available upon request.
What is included in the rental?
Full setup and breakdown, professional attendant, safety equipment, basic amenities, post-session cleanup, and 2 free firewood bundles (4 hour burn time) are all included.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Our standard saunas accommodate 6-8 people comfortably. For larger events, we can provide multiple units or larger capacity saunas.
What safety measures do you have?
All equipment is regularly inspected, we provide safety briefings, and our attendants are trained in emergency procedures and first aid.
